Luis Ricardo Garcia de Alba Flores

Biography

Luis Ricardo has 15 years of experience as a tax advisor, focusing mainly on tax consulting, capital reductions, transactions with foreign residents, permanent establishment and tax compliance.

He also has significant experience in accounting and financial advisory, with a specialized focus on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as their respective convergence with local Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).

During his career he has been part of several private institutions, mainly advising companies in sectors such as retail, automotive, technology, telecommunications, advertising, construction and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he has worked as a wealth advisor for individuals.

He has a bachelor’s degree in public accounting from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and has taken specialization courses in corporate taxation at various private institutions.

Co-author of several articles related to corporate taxes, in editions published by the magazine Puntos Finos de la Editorial Thomson Reuters, as well as in the magazine IDC.

Currently one of the founding partners of C&C ASESORES. From 2019 to 2021 he was an associate of the law firm KAYE TRUEBA Y CASTILLEJA ABOGADOS, S.C., Previously, he worked for more than 6 years as an associate in tax matters in the international firm “EY”.
