Luis Ricardo tiene 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia como asesor en materia fiscal, enfoc\u00e1ndose principalmente en consultor\u00eda fiscal, reducciones de capital, operaciones con residentes en el extranjero, establecimiento permanente y cumplimiento tributario.<\/span><\/p>\n Asimismo, cuenta con una importante experiencia en asesor\u00eda en materia contable y financiera, bajo un enfoque especializado en Normas Internacionales de Informaci\u00f3n Financiera (IFRS por sus siglas en ingles) as\u00ed como en su respectiva convergencia con las Normas de Informaci\u00f3n Financiera locales (NIF).<\/span><\/p>\n Durante su carrera ha formado parte de diversas instituciones privadas, principalmente asesorando a compa\u00f1\u00edas de sectores como retail, automotriz, tecnolog\u00eda, telecomunicaciones, publicidad, construcci\u00f3n y farmac\u00e9utica. Adicionalmente, se ha desempe\u00f1ado como asesor patrimonial para personas f\u00edsicas.<\/span><\/p>\n Cuenta con una licenciatura en contadur\u00eda p\u00fablica por la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico adem\u00e1s de cursos de especializaci\u00f3n en impuestos corporativos por diversas instituciones privadas.<\/span><\/p>\n Coautor de varios art\u00edculos relacionados con el tema de impuestos corporativos, en ediciones publicadas por la revista de Puntos Finos de la Editorial Thomson Reuters, as\u00ed como en la revista IDC.<\/span><\/p>\n Actualmente uno de los socios fundadores de C&C ASESORES.
